The Paris Police Prefecture stated on Friday it responded to a call from Iran's consulate in the French capital, where a man is threatening to blow himself up.
The police urged the public to avoid the area.
Iran's embassy in Paris is located on the Av. d'Iena street in the city's 16th arrondissement.
