Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum shared on Monday during a press conference that the phone conversation she had with United States President Donald Trump a few days back didn't result in a "final agreement" when it comes to trade policies.

She revealed that during the call, the two focused on steel and aluminum tariffs and the automotive industry. The US head of state previously dubbed the conversation as "productive." Meanwhile, Sheinbaum previously remarked that both governments will continue to engage in dialogue until a deal has been reached.
