Microsoft 365 is experiencing service issues and confirmed on Monday it is carrying ongoing investigations into disruptions affecting Teams-provisioned auto attendants and call queues and broader difficulties accessing Microsoft 365 services.
According to outage tracker Downdetector, hundreds of users have reported issues, including authentication failures. Microsoft acknowledged that some users may be unable to receive calls via Teams auto attendants and is analyzing service telemetry to assess the situation.
Although Microsoft has not specified which regions are affected, reports indicate the outage extends beyond Teams. Users are also struggling to connect to Outlook, OneDrive, and Exchange or access their emails. "We've detected a potential authentication token issue that may be contributing to impact, and we're further examining this pathway to determine our next troubleshooting steps," Microsoft said.
