A missile alert was declared in Russia's Kursk region on Saturday, prompting residents to seek shelter.
Regional Governor Alexey Smirnov issued the alert, advising people to stay indoors and away from windows. He told residents to stay in rooms with solid walls, such as hallways or bathrooms, while those outside were urged to find the nearest building for protection.
This marked the eighth time since midnight that this warning was issued for the region.
