Morgan Stanley Direct Lending Fund (MSDL) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Jeffrey Levin decided to resign from his position, effective immediately, the company's filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) showed on Friday.
In the statement, it was revealed that the Board of Directors has appointed Michael Occi, the company's President, as Levin's successor. The filing stressed that Levin's departure is "not the result of any disagreement with the Company."
Furthermore, MSDL announced that it appointed Ashwin Krishnan as Chief Investment Officer (CIO), and Orit Mizrachi and Jeffrey Day as co-presidents.
