Russia issued a warrant for the arrest of United States Senator Lindsey Graham over remarks he made during his visit to Kiev last week, RIA Novosti reported on Monday.
According to the agency, the action was taken after the senator reportedly made comments about the efficacy of Washington's military assistance to Ukraine in killing Moscow forces.
It was previously reported that Graham called for additional deployment of long-range artillery to Ukraine, stating that the "Russians have been bloodied and weakened."
