Moscow summons US envoys over WH comments

Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on Friday in a statement that it has summoned senior diplomats of the United States embassy in Moscow over previous remarks made by a White House official.

The ministry shared that the US official, in their comments, "approved the strikes by the regime’s armed formations in Kiev on Russian territory, including the Republic of Crimea and the Belgorod region."

The ministry warned Washington that any hostile actions and any form of aggression against Moscow will be met with "the most resolute rebuff."
