Several people were injured and multiple killed in a mass shooting at Greenwood Park Mall in Indiana, according to local authorities. Greenwood police confirmed that at least five people had been shot, two of whom died, including the shooter.
A reporter on the site said that people inside the mall heard around twenty gunshots at the food court, revealing that the Greenwood and Indianapolis police have now secured the area. The incident began shortly after 6 pm on Sunday, when officers responded to a 911 call for an "active shooting."
