Billionaire and entrepreneur Elon Musk dropped a "really big bomb" on Thursday, claiming that United States President Donald Trump is in the Epstein files.
"That is the real reason they have not been made public. Have a nice day, DJT! Mark this post for the future. The truth will come out," Musk wrote in a post on X, as the clash between the two continued to escalate. Trump is yet to respond to the accusations.
Jeffrey Epstein, a financier who was accussed of sexual trafficking and was found dead in his cell while awaiting trial, allegedly talked about his "deep relationship" with Trump in tapes released by the Fire and Fury podcast host Michael Wolff. In February 2025, the Department of Justice (DoJ) released the first phase of files related to the Epstein case.
