Elon Musk would remain committed to completing the deal for the acquisition of Twitter, FOX Business senior correspondent Charles Gasparino reported on Tuesday, citing bankers working on the case.
"Bankers working with Elon Musk on the Twitter deal say he remains committed to completing it, looking at some creative new structures to soften the price tag but spends only a small part of his day on the deal," Gasparino said on Twitter.
The report comes after Twitter Inc.'s Board of Directors "unanimously" recommended to all shareholders to vote for the completion of the acquisition.
