Musk: Walz's Tesla mockery hurting his own people

Tesla CEO Elon Musk in an interview on Fox News criticized Minnesota Governor Tim Walz's mockery of Tesla's stock decline. Musk pointed out that the state's pension funds are partially invested in Tesla, meaning the company's struggles directly impact retirees. By ridiculing Tesla’s stock performance, Musk said, Walz is celebrating losses that affect "his own people."

During a town hall in Wisconsin, the Minnesota governor and former vice presidential hopeful took a jab at Tesla's falling stock, joking that he tracked it on his iPhone to give him "a little boost during the day" as its price kept dropping.
