Tesla Inc. CEO Elon Musk revealed his vision of the company's future, likening it to a blend of AirBnB and Uber.

In the company's latest earnings conference call, Musk said he foresees a fleet of vehicles, some owned by Tesla and others by users who can choose when to deploy them, akin to the sharing economy model of AirBnB. According to the billionaire, users would be able to summon their cars at any time, mirroring the flexibility of the ride-hailing service Uber.

Musk further projected Tesla's vehicle numbers to soar from 7 million to 9 million, even reaching tens of millions globally.
