The Nasdaq Stock Market confirmed on Monday it is working to resolve the connectivity issues it has been experiencing shortly after the premarket session started.
"Nasdaq continues to investigate matching engine issues which are affecting connectivity to the exchange. Additionally, orders sent using RASH FIX engine will not be acknowledged at this time. Further updates to follow," the stock exchange wrote on its user website Nasdaq Traders.
The issue was first detected and reported on at 4:55 am ET.
