Netflix Inc. is seeking to increase the prices of its subscriptions once the actors belonging to the Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) end their strike, The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported on Tuesday.
According to the publication's sources, Netflix is preparing to raise the fees in a few months and will do so in several territories, including the United States and Canada.
Earlier in the day, the WSJ reported that Meta Platforms Inc. is considering introducing a $ 14-a-month fee for advertisement-free use of Facebook and Instagram in Europe.
