Lebanese death toll since October 7 up 62 to 3,645

The Lebanese Health Ministry reported on Friday that since October 7 of last year, Israeli airstrikes in Lebanon have resulted in 3,645 fatalities.

"The Public Health Emergency Operations Center of the Ministry of Public Health issued the daily report on the outcome and repercussions of the Israeli aggression on Lebanon. It states that the Israeli enemy raids yesterday, Thursday, November 21, 2024, resulted in 62 martyrs and 111 wounded," the ministry posted on X.

Additionally, the total number of people injured since the onset of these Israeli "aggressions" stands at 15,355.
