New iPhones still available in Germany, Apple says

iPhone Models XS, XS Max and XR will remain in all Apple stores in Germany, the American tech giant said in a statement on Thursday, following chipmaker Qualcomm's win in Munich court earlier today.

"All iPhone models remain available to customers through carriers and resellers in 4,300 locations across Germany. During the appeal process, iPhone 7 and iPhone 8 models will not be available at Apple’s 15 retail stores in Germany," the statement added.

Previously, Qualcomm Inc. won an injunction from a Munich court to ban Apple Inc. from selling some of its iPhone models in Germany.
