Nokia, Nvidia reach deal to focus on AI-based telecoms solutions

Nokia and Nvidia announced on Wednesday their collaboration to pioneer artificial intelligence applications within mobile network infrastructures.

The Finnish telecommunications giant plans to integrate Nvidia's advanced processors with its software to spearhead developments in cloud network technology.

"As AI is poised to change the landscape of telecommunications infrastructure and services within the mobile operator sector, this collaboration aims to deliver incremental value to end users through the introduction of innovative telco AI services," Nokia said in a statement.
