Lando Norris claimed pole position for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, leading his McLaren teammate Oscar Piastri to a front-row lockout.

As the 2024 Formula 1 season concludes at Yas Marina Circuit, McLaren looks to end their title drought, while Lewis Hamilton prepares for his final race with Mercedes before joining Ferrari in 2025.

McLaren enters the season finale with a 21-point lead over Ferrari in the constructors' standings, aiming for their first title since 1998.

Norris wins Miami Grand Prix sprint
McLaren driver Lando Norris won the Miami Grand Prix sprint race on Saturday, finishing first ahead of fellow McLaren ace Oscar Piastri and Ferrari's Lewis Hamilton.Norris ended the sprint with 8 points, only one more than Piastri.
