The death toll among Palestinians in the Gaza Strip has grown to 27,478 since the start of the conflict with Israel on October 7, the Hamas-run Health Ministry said on Monday. Approximately 66,835 people have been injured.
Meanwhile, the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said hundreds of displaced Palestinians have started leaving the Al-Amal Hospital and the PRCS headquarters in Khan Yunis after a "two-week siege" by the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF). The organization also said the IDF detained the General Manager of the Al-Amal Hospital Haider Al-Qaddura and the hospital's Administrative Director Maher Atallah and "took them to an unknown location."
