The self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic's (LPR) government has decided to open its first representative office in Russia, the region's Cabinet of Ministers said on Wednesday in a press statement.
The cabinet said that the office will initially have 18 employees. The establishment, which the statement referred to as an embassy, will open in Moscow once the premises are found.
Recently, Ukraine insisted Luhansk has not been fully occupied by Russian forces despite Moscow's claims it has done so.
