At least one person died as a result of a Russian missile strike on a residential building in the city of Kharkov, local officials said. The region's Governor Oleg Sinegubov wrote that an S-300 missile struck a building in the Kievsky district in the city center, while Kharkov Mayor Igor Terekhov reported the attack started a fire and caused "severe damage."
Sinegubov added that emergency services are on the scene of the attack and the injured people are receiving medical assistance. All residents have been evacuated.
