One individual was killed, while others were injured, as armed groups attacked Syria’s internal security forces in Sweida, the country's state media Ekhbariya reported on Sunday.

According to a security source, the armed groups breached the ceasefire deal in the Druze area.

The violence between tribal fighters and Druze factions broke out back in July, with the government sending its troops to resolve the matter. However, the situation worsened.
