OpenAI said Monday that it is still working on resolving the issue that caused a massive, global outage of the ChatGPT service; however, the company has already identified the root cause of the problem and is working on its resolution.
Earlier, OpenAI's ChatGPT and Labs suffered an outage. "ChatGPT is temporarily unavailable. Please check here for an update," read a message that appeared on the web platform.
No company representative has said precisely what the problem is.
