Kevin Weil, OpenAI's product chief, announced on Tuesday that AI agents capable of performing real-world tasks are on the horizon.
"I think 2025 is the year that we go from ChatGPT being this super smart thing that can answer any question you ask to ChatGPT doing things in the real world for you," Weil told Axios at Davos.
The predictions come just a day after the same media outlet reported that a big company is near announcing a breakthrough in creating a PhD-level AI super-agent capable of completing complex tasks.
