Kevin Weil, OpenAI's product chief, announced on Tuesday that AI agents capable of performing real-world tasks are on the horizon.

The predictions come just a day after the same media outlet reported that a big company is near announcing a breakthrough in creating a PhD-level AI super-agent capable of completing complex tasks.
