Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban criticized the West and supported Russia's actions during a speech in Romania on Saturday.
Orban called Russia's moves "logical, understandable, and predictable," while describing the West's behavior as "irrational." He said he believes the West is currently "weak and disintegrated," according to the Magyar Nemzet newspaper.
Discussing the conflict in Ukraine, Orban claimed that the European Union would not be able to repay Ukrainian loans or fund the country's reconstruction, despite promising to do so.
