Pakistani Foreign Minister Jalil Abbas Jilani stressed on Wednesday that Islamabad reserved the right to respond to Iran's "provocative move."
"Terrorism is a common threat in the region and requires concentrated and coordinated efforts to combat," the published statement said, adding that "unilateral efforts could seriously undermine regional peace and stability."
Earlier, in a statement published by the Iranian Foreign Ministry, it was noted that the country's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian underlined that Tehran "respects Pakistan's sovereignty and territorial integrity," emphasizing the importance of "continued cooperation and contacts."
