Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said on Thursday that he expects a peace agreement with Azerbaijan to be reached in the coming months.
Speaking at the 4th Tbilisi Silk Road Forum, Pashinyan noted that after signing a peace deal, Yerevan and Baku should resume their bilateral relations. He also stressed that he believes Armenia will soon open its border with Turkey for third-country nationals.
The day before, it was reported that the meeting between Pashinyan, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, and European Council President Charles Michel, scheduled for the end of October, was postponed due to "timeframe issues."
