The Fars news agency said Sunday that an Israeli attack on a Tehran facility hosting a Supreme National Security Council meeting had left Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian and several other officials with minor leg injuries.
The president of the Islamic Republic and a number of other authorities suffered injuries during the building's evacuation.
At least six rockets were fired at the building's doors, the agency said. Fars noted also that an Israeli intelligence network may have been involved in the strike's accuracy.
