Plane crashes after takeoff at UK airport

A passenger plane crashed shortly after takeoff from London Southend Airport in Essex on Sunday, local authorities said.

The Beech B200 Super King aircraft burst into flames upon taking off. Emergency services have rushed to the scene.

Witnesses reported a "huge fireball" and black smoke. The plane was reportedly headed to the Netherlands, but the number of people on board is currently unknown.
