Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki stated on Friday that his country is ready to supply Ukraine with MiG-29 fighters after being asked at the Munich Security Conference.

"We have a few of them [F-16], not so many. We agree to supply fighters of a different type that we have, together with other [countries], as part of the NATO decision," Morawiecki said, referring to the MiG-29 mentioned above.

Besides, Morawiecki also pointed out that Ukraine needs exclusive conditions and a particular negotiation path to join the European Union. "If I could undo the normal entry path, my answer is yes. We cannot allow this country [Ukraine] to negotiate as an ordinary candidate for the EU."
