Marine Le Pen's far-right National Rally Party is currently leading Emmanuel Macron's centrist camp ahead of the first round of the upcoming French parliamentary election scheduled for June 30, IFOP-Fiducial polls showed on Monday.
The barometer indicated that approximately 36% of voters will likely support the National Rally, while 29.5% would vote for the New Popular Front and 20.5% for Macron's Renaissance.
Macron's decline in approval rating comes after the far-right National Rally's strong performance in France's European Parliament elections and his decision to call for a snap election.
