Russian President Vladimir Putin explained on Friday that there is no platform for negotiations with United States President Joe Biden at the G20 summit in November, stressing that the question of talks with Washington should be addressed to Biden instead.
Speaking at the press conference following his visit to Kazakhstan, Putin underscored that there are no direct negotiations with any of the G20 participants, adding that Moscow is in "constant contact with some of them."
Previously, Biden stated there is no "rationale" behind meeting Putin at the summit in Indonesia next month, pointing to the hostilities in the Ukrainian war.
