Russian President Vladimir Putin said Thursday that Russia could start gas supplies through Nord Stream 2, adding that one of its lines is not damaged.
During a Q&A session at Valdai's annual meeting in Sochi, Putin commented on the pipeline attack, stating that it was a "terrorist attack" perpetrated by Ukraine and in collusion with the United States.
However, Putin went on to add that cooperation with Europe will continue and that the Kremlin is "open to cooperation" in this field.
