Putin: Western arms for Kiev always on 'black markets'

Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Monday during a meeting with heads of municipal entities of Russia that Western armaments that are being sent to Ukraine are constantly ending up on "the black markets."

"They pop up here, in Africa, or somewhere else in the Middle East," he stated. Meanwhile, talking about the war in Ukraine, he underlined that "no one has any doubt that Russia will win."

Putin further praised Russian soldiers, calling them "the elite" and the country's "gold fund."
