Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi said in a statement on Monday that the death of Sayyed Razi Mousavi, a senior adviser in Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corp (IRGC) is a sign of Israel's incapacity.
"Without a doubt, this action is another sign of frustration, helplessness, and incapacity of the usurping Zionist regime in the region," he noted.
Raisi vowed and reiterated the IRGC statement made earlier, saying that Israel "will certainly pay for this crime."
