Red Bull announced on Wednesday the outcome of the independent investigation against Christian Horner, CEO and Team Principal of the Red Bull Formula One team, for an allegation of improper conduct towards a team employee. The announcement comes just ahead of the first race of the season.
"The independent investigation into the allegations made against Mr. Horner is complete, and Red Bull can confirm that the grievance has been dismissed. The complainant has a right of appeal. Red Bull is confident that the investigation has been fair, rigorous, and impartial," the Red Bull parent company said in a statement.
Concerning privacy concerns, details of the investigation report containing sensitive information from involved parties will remain confidential. Red Bull expressed its commitment to maintaining the highest standards in the workplace while opting not to comment further to protect the privacy of all individuals involved.
