The Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) reported on Friday that "occupation forces raided" the Al-Amal hospital in the city of Khan Yunis in the Gaza Strip. The organization expressed concerns over staff and patients inside the medical facility in a post in X.

Earlier during the day, the PRCS revealed a video of the member Mohammed Abu Musabah from the humanitarian organization giving a video report while "explosions and gunfire were clearly" heard in the background. "Our teams and patients endure these terrifying conditions around the clock amid tragic circumstances inside the hospital, with shortages in medical supplies, fuel, and oxygen depletion."

On Thursday, the same organization denounced "intense shelling and continuous gunfire" near the Al-Amal hospital.
