The Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said on Friday in a social media post that eight of its staff members remain detained by the Israeli army.
The PRCS detailed that a part of its team, which was "detained from inside Jabalia ambulance center," has been released, adding that some members experienced "beatings and torture." "The occupation forces destroyed the central communication system and ambulances at the branch," it was further mentioned. The organization condemned Israel's assaults against its staff.
"According to released team members, nearby residents were instructed to approach the ambulance center as a displacement point. Subsequently, the Israeli army called on males to exit for interrogation, followed by a similar call to women, escorting them to an unknown location," the PRCS shared.
