Crude oil inventories in the United States decreased by 2.45 million barrels in the week ending May 13, private data from the American Petroleum Institute (API) reportedly showed on Tuesday.
Reserves in Cushing, Oklahoma, allegedly dropped by 3.07 million barrels. Gasoline stockpiles plunged 5.1 million barrels, while on the other hand, distillate inventories were up by 1.08 million barrels, according to the reported data.
