Shortly after halftime, Razvan Marin extended Romania's lead with another goal, followed by Denis Dragus finding the back of the net just four minutes later. This win marks Romania's second-ever triumph at an EURO tournament, with their previous victory occurring against England in 2000.
Currently, Romania sits at the top of their group, having accumulated three points. Belgium and Slovakia, the other teams in the group, are scheduled to play their inaugural match later today.
