US State Department spokesperson Tammy Bruce announced on Tuesday that Secretary of State Marco Rubio has canceled his planned visit to London, where discussions about the Ukraine conflict are scheduled.

US President Donald Trump's special envoys Steve Witkoff and Keith Kellogg are set to engage with foreign ministers and security advisers from France, Germany, the UK, and Ukraine as he seeks an agreement to end Russia's military offensive.
