Russia's Mi-8 helicopter crashes, leaving 3 dead

Russian Mi-8 helicopter crashed in the Chelyabinsk region, Russian media reported on Tuesday citing emergency services.

According to preliminary findings, three crew members who were on board lost their lives. The emergency services further added that the likely cause of the incident was "equipment failure."

The rotorcraft was conducting a training flight, with the pilots practicing take-off and landing maneuvers.
