Russia's activities in Ukraine could pose a great risk for the grain deal as Moscow has either seized or ''destroyed, damaged, or degraded'' one in six Ukrainian crop facilities in the country, Spokesperson for the United States Department of State Ned Price said on Thursday during the department's press briefing.
Price also noted that in case it is proved that Kremlin's actions that resulted in the destruction of these facilities were intentional, such actions could be considered a war crime.
Moscow, on the other hand, reiterates that the grain is being shipped mostly to wealthy countries, and not to those that need it the most.
