Moscow requested that the United Nations Security Council convene a meeting in regard biolaboratories and the use of drones in Ukraine, Russia's permanent mission to the UN revealed on Tuesday.
The security council will reportedly discuss purported Kiev "dirty bomb" plans during the summit's closed-door sessions, according to the Russian news agency TASS.
Dmitry Polyansky, the Russian Federation's first deputy permanent representative to the UN, cautioned against the serious dangers posed by Kiev's suspected use of a "dirty bomb," stating that Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky intends to incite a conflict between NATO and Moscow.
