Russia claims it captured Ukrainian strongholds near Kupyansk

Russian troops have allegedly captured Ukrainian strongholds in the Kupyansk direction, according to Sergey Zybinsky, a spokesman for Russia’s Battlegroup West, TASS news agency reported early on Friday.

Two artillery pieces, a Gvozdika self-propelled gun, and a Msta towed howitzer were also destroyed during the operations, Zybinsky stated.
