Russian Foreign Ministry's Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova on Sunday said Russian diplomats have not yet participated in negotiations to extend the Black Sea grain agreement, which is set to expire on March 18.
"There have been no negotiations on this subject, especially with the participation of Russian representatives," Zakharova stated.
The agreement, inked between Ukraine and Russia in July 2022, was backed by Turkey and the United Nations in order to facilitate food exports.
