A Russian Mi-35M helicopter destroyed a Ukrainian army stronghold in the border area of the Kursk region, TASS reported on Monday.
"The crew of the army aviation on the Mi-35M helicopter, as part of a mixed tactical group, struck with aviation missiles at the personnel and stronghold of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the border area of the Kursk region," Russia's Ministry of Defense said, adding that the "forward air gunner confirmed the destruction of the target."
The helicopter's gunner reported that the targets were destroyed. There was no information regarding the number of casualties.
