The government of the Kursk region announced on Monday that Russian air defense systems destroyed four Ukrainian missiles during the evening.
Acting Governor of the Kursk Region Alexander Khinstein also said in his Telegram channel that the "Ukrainian Nazi regime has once again struck the peaceful city of Lgov." He noted that there are currently no initial reports of casualties or any significant damage in the area but that the emergency teams are at the scene.
These attacks come amid the return of 150 captive Russian soldiers who were previously held in Ukraine in exchange for the same number of Ukrainian soldiers being released from captivity and returned to their country earlier today.
