Russia fires at mock target in East Sea

The Russian navy on Tuesday fired supersonic anti-ship missiles at a mock target in the East Sea, the nation's defense ministry said in a statement.

The missile ships of the Pacific Fleet used the Moskit cruise missiles to hit the target, which was approximately 100 kilometers away.

The launch was successful, according to the ministry.
