Russian defenses repelled attacks by Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the Rostov, Salsk, Millerovsky, Chertkovsky and Sholokhov districts of the region of Rostov, according to Yuri Slyusar, the governor of the region.
The drone attack on an apartment building in Rostov-on-Don caused an explosion injuring two people. The debris of a drone landed on the road in the city of Salsk tho there were no reports of injuries.
"Overnight, a UAV attack was repelled in five areas of the Rostov region - in Rostov, Salsk, Millerovsky, Chertkovsky and Sholokhov districts," Slyusar wrote on Telegram, adding that the damage sustained is yet to be fully assessed and the casualties of the attack will be provided assistance.
